Fun Run - Oct. 9

The soccer fields on the west side of the building will be set up with a large inflatable obstacle course and inflatable slide, which will be part of the run course. There will also be a dance party zone 🎶, bubbles 🫧, chalk, snacks (Skinny Pop popcorn, see attached nutrition info), and water for students when they want a break from running.  Each class will run for 30 minutes (4K for 20 minutes). Here's the schedule:  

• 9:00-9:30 | 3rd Grade
• 9:30-10:00 | 2nd Grade
• 10:00-10:30 | 5K
• 10:30-10:50 | 4K AM
• 12:00-12:30 | 1st Grade
• 12:30-1:00 | 4th Grade
• 1:00-1:30 | 5th Grade
• 2:30-2:50 | 4K PM

📣 Parents are welcome to come cheer on their runners! There will be a poster-making station and noisemaker fans for parents and guests.  Please have students wear their Fun Run t-shirts on Friday. Please pack a change of socks in a ziplock bag so students can put wet socks in the bag and bring them home in their backpack.  

The Color Run begins at 2:40pm and wraps up at 3:10pm on the soccer field on the east side of the building.

• Bring an old white or light-colored t-shirt that you won't mind getting stained
• Wear an old pair of shoes, since the color may dye them
• Bus riders should bring something to sit on (pillowcase, sweatshirt, etc.) so the color doesn't spread onto the bus seats

After the race, we'll take photos of each grade level, and students can enjoy a snack (Skinny Pop popcorn), grab a drink of water, or join a kickball game on the baseball field.
