Role: Provides overall leadership for PTOBC, runs meetings, and serves as the main liaison between families, school staff, and administration. Supports chairs and helps keep PTOBC goals on track.

Time Commitment: ~3–5 hours per month 

 Role: Supports President, helps coordinate events, steps in as needed.

Time Commitment: ~2–3 hrs/month 

Role: Manages PTOBC finances including deposits, payments, budgeting, submitting taxes, and simple financial reports. Works closely with event chairs to track income and expenses.

Time Commitment: ~2–4 hours per month (more during fundraiser months) 

Role: Records meeting notes, prepares and shares summaries, and maintains PTOBC records and documentation.

Time Commitment: ~1–2 hours per month

 Role: Coordinates Booster Club activities related to Richmond athletic events and fundraisers. Works closely with the gym teacher to support athletic programs, organize event needs, and help ensure successful sports-related activities throughout the year.

Time Commitment: ~2–4 hours per month (seasonal) 

Role: Recruits, supports, and communicates with room parents. Acts as the main point of contact between PTOBC and classroom volunteers.

Time Commitment: ~2–3 hours per month (heavier at start of school year) 

Role: Manages PTOBC communications including email updates, Facebook posts, flyers, and event reminders. Works with chairs to share timely information.

Time Commitment: ~2–3 hours per month (short bursts before events) 

 Role: Plans and coordinates annual Fun Run fundraiser.

Time: ~8–12 hrs total over 6–8 weeks (seasonal) 

 Role: Recruits volunteers, manages sign-ups, sends reminders.

Time: ~1–2 hrs/month (spikes before events) 

 Role: Coordinates appreciation meals, treats, and themed weeks.

Time: ~2–3 hrs/month (seasonal spikes) 

 Role: Organizes fall/spring spirit wear sales with vendor.

Time: ~6–8 hrs total per sale
